Capricorn Super Full Moon: Guru Purnima Blessings

The first Supermoon of 2023 falls under Guru Purnima the first full moon following summer solstice. Guru in Sanskrit means the dispeller if darkness and refers to the spiritual guide who enlightens through knowledge and teachings. The day of Guru Purnima is a day to honor the spiritual teachers along your path, and day for deeper Sadhana and Meditation. In the tradition of Kundalini Yoga we honor the real Guru the teacher within. As we all know he is the One who dispels all fear and ignorance. The inner teacher is the true teacher who is illuminated by the light of true knowledge. The Gurus are the ones who help you connect to the Guru within and illuminate that. They say the inner guru resides in your throat and awakens when you surrender to your higher self. Guru Purnima falls on the Capricorn Super Moon July 3rd 7:38am EST and is trine Jupiter. Jupiter is associated with thinkers, temple priest, teachers, morality, self confidence, honor and the spiritual laws. The plant Jupiter is of broader purpose, reach and possibility.
