Abhaijot a Humanitarian, and Yogini has always had a deep passion for yoga, a born healer and spiritual junkie she started practicing at 14 years old and never stopped. The union of the mind, body, and soul has helped her throughout her life live in a more compassionate heart filled abundant way. Her biggest joy in yoga has always been the Bhakti (devotion) of it. It was no wonder that through Bhakti her Shakti (essence of bliss) was revealed, and that was Kundalini Yoga. Countless workshops with the great masters, Guru Dev Singh, Gurmukh, and devotional chanting eventually lead her to India for her Kundalini Teachers Training through Golden Bridge Yoga with Gurmukh, Gurushabd, Guru Dharam, and Guru Dev Singh. It was through Kundalini that Abhaijot was able to develop her born healing abilities to help others.  Abhaijot is honored to serve others through the technology of Kundalini Yoga and a healthy lifestyle a vegetarian since 5 and a Vegan the last 11 years. She has studied Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad, is a Kundalini Yoga therapist, studied with Guru Dharam, a Teacher, and a lead TA with Golden Bridge NY World Wide Teacher Trainings, Khalsa Way Certified Teacher, Radiant Child Yoga Teacher, Sat Nam Raysan Healer, Holistic Gong Certified Teacher with Don Conreaux and Shamonic Reiki Practitioner.  Before the pandemic Abhaijot resided full time in NYC teaching regular classes and workshops at Golden Bridge Yoga, Lighthouse Yoga Studio, Integral Yoga, Golden Drum, Sacred Arts Research Foundation, Anima Mundi Apothecary, and The Alchemist Kitchen. She also contributed by teaching the incarcerated women community at Rikers Island Correctional Facility in the Rosie Ward. In the Public Schools she taught K-3rd grade yoga and meditation weekly. She has taught in corporate offices and private functions throughout NYC. With a dedication to bringing diversity and inclusiveness into the Yoga world she serves the world elevating through Kundalini Yoga. She has traveled to Uganda Africa for a summer teaching to Women's Correctional Facilities, and to the youth of Uganda in schools.  She also leads Kundalini Mystical Adventures world wide retreats taking people on spiritual pilgrimages to connect with source light energy. She now splits her time between NYC and Big Island Hawaii where she rejuvenates and connects with the natural world deeper at her permaculture farm based on water sovereignty, and living in oneness with nature with significant other. In Hawaii she creates with the plants, writes for Yoga Love Magazine, and offers her healing modalities and 1-1 personal and group retreats. She is a Kundalini Earth Steward and child of the natural world, and her never ending love affair and gratitude for Kundalini and her mentors Gurmukh Khalsa, and Guru Singh, and all of its teachings continues to embody her heart, life and classes, and programs with elevating healing love, depth, transformation, abundance, and light.
