Sacred Ecosystem: Prayers to Mother Earth w/ Alchemist Kitchen

  • I Heart Kundalini Yoga New York, NY USA (map)

Aligning ourselves with what is truly sacred means serving those things that also feed and renew us.

Mother Earth is the sustainer of all things that give us vitality, and a healthy ecosystem through our daily walks in life – for hundreds of thousands of years before us, and after us. It is her love that creates a diverse and complex, but resilient atmosphere to maintain itself in faces of change. Her nurturing energy and resources are spread throughout the system so diversity can thrive.

On this day of gratitude for the Sacred Ecosystem she provides as our home, join me on a Sunrise and Sunset prayer to Mother Earth honoring her in the gratitude of our hearts, which weaves with hers in love. Together we will create a space for more presence of compassion, and love towards Earth Mother, helping her maintain a healthy and vibrant ecosystem for the whole to thrive in.

This is a two-part class on Thursday April 22nd at Sunrise (6:30 AM EST) and Sunset (6:30 PM EST). Each session is 45-minutes long and recorded if you cannot join in real time.
