Ekadashi Day the 11th Day of the Lunar Cycle. A day of self purification, harmony and spiritual progress. In many spiritual traditions it is a day to devote to meditation, fasting, and clearing the mind. A day to burn the karmas of the past. Ekadashi is represented by Kundalini the uncoiling of unconscious to conscious. It is a powerful day to concentrate on your internal process a day where we are moving in the material and spiritual worlds. Irregularities in the different levels of light consciousness get rectified in one day. When we observe Ekadashi we elevate the physical, astral, spiritual, because this day has connection with the relation of the mind with its abode together with the moon, one feels purified in meditation and contemplation. During this special Lunation linked to the largest Super Full Moon of the Year on February 19th we will use Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan with Abhaijot Kaur to help assist in the purity of this day and the harmony of our mind and soundscape by Brooke Flying Bear to take us deep into renewal as we begin our first Retrograde of the Year on March 5th in Mercury.
