The story behind ConBody is almost as good as the workout itself. While serving a prison sentence in his 9’ x 6’ cell, Coss Marte developed an exercise program without the need for any equipment. Committing himself to this program, Coss lost 70 pounds in just six months. Now he brings this exercise program to his studios in NYC and online with ConBody Live.

Fearless Beauty loves ConBody's real message: prison reform. Coss hires formerly incarcerated individuals to teach the fitness classes, with a mission to bridge a gap between this community and young professionals.
