Spring is season of rejoicing in longer days and the vision of growth and rebirth after the introspection of the winter months. The seeds we planted in autumn that have germinated over the winter become buds beginning to break through the frozen earth, and signs of revival start to stir inside us. The seeds of change that we planted within ourselves push through with the new energy we feel giving us the vision and inspiration to bring our creative energy to fruition. Spring represented by the element wood helps give us the power of both being and becoming. Being genuine to our own nature and becoming our sat nam. The organs represented by the element wood are liver and gallbladder making spring a supportive time to cleanse, regenerate, and rebirth. In this 7 week Kundalini series with Abhaijot Kaur, we will focus on our metamorphosis, each week working with Mother Nature and her encouraging elements helping us cleanse and reanimate our Sat Nam.
